Russell has 20 years of experience within the pensions industry, working across a variety of different schemes ranging from £50m to £2bn. Russell’s primary focus is helping companies and trustees achieve their pension scheme objectives. Around 50% of Russell’s time is spent within Aon’s specialist Member Options and Support Team where he leads on an array of member option exercises including bulk exercises and introducing options and support at retirement. Russell also leads Aon’s Streamlined, Defined Contribution with Defined Benefit underpin and University Member Options sub-teams.
