Mr Hall is responsible for leading the development of the natural capital platform at Federated Hermes, working closely with senior colleagues from across all areas of the business to set up UKNIF / BNIF and secure seed investment from the UK Government for BNIF.

He is the joint Co-Head of the UKNIF Investment Team and will co-lead origination, development and underwriting activities for the Fund.

Mr Hall has been at Federated Hermes for 5 years, having joined the investment management arm of Federated Hermes Private Markets in 2020 after spending 2018/19 at the firm on secondment across real estate investment management. He is responsible for the construction of innovative sustainable and impact investment strategies underpinned by the interdisciplinary integration of ecological, climatological, social, economic and financial models.
