Samantha leads ITM’s Bulk Annuity projects, helping trustees understand and solve their data challenges to achieve their de-risking goals. Collaborating closely with insurers, she oversees data due diligence exercises, providing tailored solutions to unblock transaction progress. Samantha has over 25 years of industry experience, starting her career as an in-house DB Pensions Administrator and spending 14 years as Head of Pensions at a Master Trust looking after DC and DB plans. She has participated in working groups to produce guidance for the industry. As one of ITM’s leading experts, Samantha leverages her in-depth pensions knowledge to design and drive data initiatives forward for clients.
