Andy joined Just Group, from AON, in 2023 and leads the Proposition Development team in DB Solutions. His focus is on ensuring our bulk annuity proposition meets the needs of our clients, now and in the future.

Prior to this Andy spent over 15 years working as an actuarial pensions consultant, advising a portfolio of corporate and trustee clients on their DB pension arrangements.
