David joined the PPF in 2014 and leads on the development of the organisation’s strategy and policy, including engagement with Government policy teams. David also has responsibility for PPF levy services and the design of the levy methodology. Prior to joining the PPF David was a civil servant at the Department for Work and Pensions. Amongst other roles David led on key provisions of the Pensions Act 2004 that established the PPF.
