With over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry, Shelly has worked in roles both in-house, and for investment management firms. Her experience includes portfolio management, developing products and solutions for pension funds; as well as business development, training and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

Prior to joining us, Shelly worked at the BAE Pension Fund, Legal & General Investment Management, Deutsche Asset Management and Gulf International Bank. She is a trustee for the Vincent Wildlife Trust and was also recently part of The Pension Regulator’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiative.

Shelly’s strengths include her understanding of credit, sponsors, risk, fixed income and liability driven investment (LDI). She combines this knowledge with her strategic vision and organisational skills.

In her spare time, Shelly enjoys travel, photography and hanging out with her family and friends. She also likes helping out at her son’s local cricket club.
