Sophie Dapin joined BlackRock in 2022 and leads a number of key pensions OCIO client relationships with assets ranging from £100m to £10bn. Sophie also leads on business development for DC and CDC outsourcing partnerships. Previously Sophie worked as a Fiduciary Manager at Schroders, where she was also a Trustee of the pension scheme. Sophie started her career at LCP, where she worked in both the actuarial and investment consulting practices and qualified as an Actuary.
