Tim has over 30 years’ experience within the investments and pensions industry.

Prior to joining IGG, he was Head of Investments for the UK and EMEA at Aon, advising a broad range of clients. As part of that role, Tim was CEO of Aon Investment Limited, the investment management business responsible for Aon’s Fiduciary Management services. He led the business for almost 10 years through an array of change in markets and the industry.

Tim is a qualified actuary and also led Hewitt’s (predecessor firm to Aon) benefit administration, as a result he has thorough understanding of the issues facing pension schemes.

Tim’s experience has brought him into contact with a diverse range of schemes. He leverages this expertise to bring a practical edge and thinking that drives success. He relies on direct and transparent that seeks to understand and address the needs of different stakeholders. Tim is an active contributor to industry thought leadership and is a regular speaker on conference and webinar panels.
