Alastair Greenlees, CFA, is Head of Investment Strategy UK, responsible for designing and developing strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies for our UK clients. He is also responsible for research and innovation for our clients’ investment solutions.

Prior to joining Kempen in 2018, Alastair was a Senior Investment Consultant at Willis Towers Watson where he spent 10 years in the pension, governance and investment industry, working with clients in the UK, Australia, Asia, Europe and North America.

In addition to his work at Kempen, he is a trustee of the UK pension fund of a cancer research charity.

Alastair has a BSci (Hons) in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol. He is a CFA Charterholder and was named one of the Rising Stars of Fund Management by Financial News in 2022. He was also a finalist from Professional Pensions Rising Star awards in the Investment Manager the Year category in 2022 and the Rising Star category in 2021.
