Formerly Head of DrumRoll at Barnett Waddingham, she now leads the development of Aptia's pensions communications proposition, advising clients on how to strengthen member understanding, build confidence and drive meaningful engagement across pensions. She is particularly focused on helping members navigate increasing complexity through clear, effective and accessible communications.
