As a leading practitioner in applying insights from behavioural science to drive positive change, Max’s career spans the private and public sectors. His research has influenced major regulation (FCA Consumer Duty) and his intervention design has influenced products including Monzo, Lloyds and Plum Fintech.

Max pioneered the use of online experiments at the Behavioural Insights Team, Verian/Kantar Public and now at Thinks to help clients make confident investment and rollout decisions. In particular, he is interested in driving positive financial behaviours, sustainable decisions, and using behavioural insight to make design inclusive for all.
